Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFHD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament length, Actin crosslink formation, and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with EFHD2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of actin filament length grouped by EFHD2-low versus EFHD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
