EFHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RPL5, and RPL6. Each is linked with EFHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFHD1 versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
