Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,301 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE3, ADAMTSL2, and SNED1. Each is linked with EFHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFHD1 versus SYNE3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
