The most reproducible EFHD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway, Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, and Pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with EFHD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD1 results are reported.
