EFHC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with EFHC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHC1-to-partner and partner-to-EFHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by EFHC1-low versus EFHC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
