EFHC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFHC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, GLT6D1, and OR6B1. Each is linked with EFHC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHC1-to-partner and partner-to-EFHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR27 grouped by EFHC1-low versus EFHC1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
