EFHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC7, TRIP4, and ICMT. Each is linked with EFHB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHB-to-partner and partner-to-EFHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC7 grouped by EFHB-low versus EFHB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
