Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,408 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFHB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of store-operated calcium entry, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with EFHB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHB-to-partner and partner-to-EFHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of store-operated calcium entry grouped by EFHB-low versus EFHB-high in LUNG_SCLC.
