EFHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, RGCC, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with EFHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHB-to-partner and partner-to-EFHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G3 grouped by EFHB-low versus EFHB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
