EFCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNKL, GRIK4, and PKD1L1. Each is linked with EFCC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCC1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNKL grouped by EFCC1-low versus EFCC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
