EFCAB5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, UBE2T, and RNU6-178P. Each is linked with EFCAB5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB5-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPM grouped by EFCAB5-low versus EFCAB5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
