EFCAB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with EFCAB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB3-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by EFCAB3-low versus EFCAB3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
