EFCAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSBP1P2, SNORD114-11, and RNA5SP297. Each is linked with EFCAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB2-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
