Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB14P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,284 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFCAB14P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with EFCAB14P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB14P1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB14P1 results are reported.
