EFCAB14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT19P6, LINC02546, and TPRX2P. Each is linked with EFCAB14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB14-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT19P6 grouped by EFCAB14-low versus EFCAB14-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
