EFCAB12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC23A-AS1, PACRG-AS2, and RNU6-932P. Each is linked with EFCAB12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB12-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC23A-AS1 grouped by EFCAB12-low versus EFCAB12-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
