Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EFCAB10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EFCAB10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher EFCAB10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EFCAB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and ESCA are the cancer types where EFCAB10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
