Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFCAB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, GZMB, and PYGB. Each is linked with EFCAB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB10-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
