EEF2K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF2K mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, p90 RSK, and Rad50. Each is linked with EEF2K in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2K-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by EEF2K-low versus EEF2K-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
