Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,875 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF2K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with EEF2K in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2K-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway grouped by EEF2K-low versus EEF2K-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
