EEF2K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF2K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1L3, KSR2, and SIX3. Each is linked with EEF2K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2K-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLB1L3 grouped by EEF2K-low versus EEF2K-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
