EEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,489 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SND1, BRD3, and KHSRP. Each is linked with EEF2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEF2 versus SND1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
