EEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,510 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL2, NOP58, and CXorf38. Each is linked with EEF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEF2 versus HDGFL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
