Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,510 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, PLCL1, and N4BP2L1. Each is linked with EEF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEF2 versus CBX7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
