EEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, eIF4E, and FASN. Each is linked with EEF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by EEF2-low versus EEF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
