Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1GP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1GP8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EEF1GP8 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1GP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, CHOL, and THCA are the cancer types where EEF1GP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
