Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1E1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EEF1E1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher EEF1E1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1E1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where EEF1E1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
