Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1DP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1DP5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EEF1DP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1DP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where EEF1DP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
