Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1AKNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,655 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF1AKNMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly. Each is linked with EEF1AKNMT in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKNMT-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKNMT results are reported.
