Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1AKNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1AKNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACP4, CCDC175, and METTL24. Each is linked with EEF1AKNMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKNMT-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACP4 grouped by EEF1AKNMT-low versus EEF1AKNMT-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF1AKNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF1AKNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
