Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1AKMT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,912 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1AKMT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ketone biosynthetic process, Regulation of mitochondrial translation, and Maintenance of centrosome location. Each is linked with EEF1AKMT4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKMT4-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKMT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ketone biosynthetic process grouped by EEF1AKMT4-low versus EEF1AKMT4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
