Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF1AKMT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1AKMT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC3, FOXO1, and LINC00996. Each is linked with EEF1AKMT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKMT3-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKMT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEF1AKMT3 versus SERINC3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF1AKMT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF1AKMT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
