Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1AKMT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,752 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1AKMT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, ERAD pathway, and ER-nucleus signaling pathway. Each is linked with EEF1AKMT3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKMT3-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKMT3 results are reported.
