Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1AKMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,857 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1AKMT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, and T-circle formation. Each is linked with EEF1AKMT2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1AKMT2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1AKMT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
