EEF1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEF1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, C1QBP, and NDUFS8. Each is linked with EEF1A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1A2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by EEF1A2-low versus EEF1A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
