The most reproducible EEF1A1P41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS4Y1, DDX3Y, and EIF1AY. Each is linked with EEF1A1P41 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1A1P41-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1A1P41 results are reported.
