Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1A1P40 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1A1P40 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher EEF1A1P40 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1A1P40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where EEF1A1P40 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
