Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1A1P29 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1A1P29 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher EEF1A1P29 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1A1P29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and THCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where EEF1A1P29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
