The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EEF1A1P13 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1A1P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, THCA, and ACC are the cancer types where EEF1A1P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
