EEF1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEF1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, TTTY7, and MIR6775. Each is linked with EEF1A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1A1-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by EEF1A1-low versus EEF1A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
