EED

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EED mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EED-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with EED in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EED-to-partner and partner-to-EED results are reported.
