EED

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EED mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EED-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC54, LINGO4, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with EED in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EED-to-partner and partner-to-EED results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC54 grouped by EED-low versus EED-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EED→partner) and Y-score (partner→EED) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
