EEA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,939 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1D, NDUFC1, and IFNG. Each is linked with EEA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEA1-to-partner and partner-to-EEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1D grouped by EEA1-low versus EEA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
