EEA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2H1, XAGE3, and SCYGR2. Each is linked with EEA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEA1-to-partner and partner-to-EEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2H1 grouped by EEA1-low versus EEA1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
