EDRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with EDRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDRF1-to-partner and partner-to-EDRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by EDRF1-low versus EDRF1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
