EDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, AMPK_pT172, and TFRC. Each is linked with EDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDN2-to-partner and partner-to-EDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by EDN2-low versus EDN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
