Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EDIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBG1, GPAT3, and DNAJC7. Each is linked with EDIL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDIL3-to-partner and partner-to-EDIL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBG1 grouped by EDIL3-low versus EDIL3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
