Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EDF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EDF1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher EDF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EDF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, PRAD, and SARC are the cancer types where EDF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
