EDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-31P, ECM1P1, and MIR6870. Each is linked with EDF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDF1-to-partner and partner-to-EDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-31P grouped by EDF1-low versus EDF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
