EDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,861 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, GGT1, and PRODH. Each is linked with EDF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDF1-to-partner and partner-to-EDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1L grouped by EDF1-low versus EDF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
